AVID students had their Friendsgiving today! We ate a lot of delicious food and played Thanksgiving Charades. Thank you to all the teachers. staff, and parents who brought all food and helped set up and clean up A big shout out to the Art Club and Mrs. Ryan for making the tablecloths (design idea from Mrs. Fricks). It definitely wouldn't have been possible without everyone's help today

The. 8th grade AVID class visited Southern Wesleyan University today for Preview Day. Students got to hear about the university, take a tour, meet with each of the departments on campus, get a t-shirt and other goodies, and eat in the cafeteria.

The Riverside Middle FFA attended the Discovery Leadership Workshop hosted by SC FFA officers at the Pickens Career Center. FFA members learned about the FFA organization and increase their leadership skills.

The Bulldogs travel to Honea Path for their final game of the season, rescheduled because of Helene. Come support your Dogs as they hope to finish out with a W! 6:00pm at Honea Path Middle School!

Boys basketball tryouts will be Wednesday, November 6th, from 5:30-7:30 for non-football players. Players will be given a notice if they made first cuts or not. Friday, November 8th, we will have tryouts for those who made first cuts and football players from 5:30-7:30. Students MUST go home after school and come back for tryouts.
