Today, Chase Justice from WYFF was on campus to do a story on a day in the life of our Clemson University Teacher Resident, Ms. Amari Robinson. In addition to being a Teacher Resident at RMS, Ms. Robinson is also a full-time student and college athlete. RMS Bulldog Basketball split a pair of games with Palmetto Thursday evening. Our girls scored a convincing win, while our boys got edged out at the end of a close one. The teams' next contest will be at home on Tuesday, January 16, against the Patriots from Powdersville. Come out and BE LOUD!

REMINDER: All Anderson School District 4 schools and offices are CLOSED today (December 18) through Monday, January 1, for our Winter Break. Our staff returns on Tuesday, January 2 for professional development, and students return to school on Wednesday, January 3.

RMS students, join us for The Nightmare Before Christmas dance tomorrow, December 13th, beginning at 5:30 pm. Tickets are $5.00 at the door, and PTO will be selling concessions. Students must go home after school or the EDGE tutoring program and then return for the dance. Students should be picked up in the car line at 7:30 pm.

Congratulations to the Riverside Middle FFA chapter for being named the 2023 State Middle School Champions for Milk Quality and Products competition! The state competition was held at Piedmont Technical College at the Greenwood campus. The team individuals were Elijah Glenn, Waylon Ezell, and Henry Slawson.
